Initial Consult - $100
-Draw labs.
-Review of labs.
-Initial prescription.
-Script can be sent to your pharmacy of choice (depending on diagnosis physical and diagnostic exam findings).
- Assistance in completing the patient financial assistance through drug manufactuer if needed.
Follow-Up Visit - $50
-Minimum of every 3 months.
-Can be more frequent at your preference.
-Monitoring weight, measurements, and review of dietary journal.
-Troubleshooting tips.
-Question and answers.
-Re-check labs if indicated.
Details
- We can prescribe a variety of weight loss medication aids depending upon patient medical history and safety. It is up to you or your insurance to cover the cost. We will try our best to get it covered and prior authorizations will be attempted. We can also assist with completing manufacturer coupons for name brand medications. We do work with Tahlequah Drug Company for compounding options.
